The data you provide us with in forms are processed for the processing category “Customer Relations” as follows:

When you fill out a form on our website, the data you give us will be recorded and kept in a customer relationship management (CRM) tool. 

These data are needed for drawing up contracts and what follows from them (business documents, etc.).

Once your form is approved, if you have given your prior consent, your email address will be sent in a pseudonymized fashion (using SHA256 encryption) to our partner Google Ads to link your quote request form to your unique identifier (from a Google cookie, if you accept marketing cookies when you arrive on the site). 

Following your request, this pseudonymized email address will be sent to Google Ads again to signal your interest.

The sending of these 2 emails will allow us to compile statistics in order to measure the interest level.

Storage, transfer and conservation of information from forms 

The CRM tool, as well as the databases that it is comprised of, is housed in the United States.

These data will be kept for 3 years following the end of our business relationship (since your last interaction) for processing related to the business relationship. 

The data related to processing sales statistics are kept by our partner Google for: 

– A maximum of 90 days for the unique identifier (from cookies) 

– A maximum of 90 days for the pseudonymized email address
